Account Executive – 6 month fixed term contract (Maternity Cover)

Hampton Associates are looking for a friendly, ambitious and hard-working Account Executive to work within our team.

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Attend meetings with Account Managers - internal and external
  • Take notes / minutes / actions
  • Write briefs and actions
  • Open jobs in our support system 
  • Create Estimates
  • Develop supplier specs
  • Gather Quotes
  • Create PO’s
  • Liaise with suppliers throughout ensuring timely deliveries
  • Check client amendments
  • Proof read
  • Assist with development of sitemaps and organise client content for websites
  • Organise client content for print
  • Ensure tasks are up to date for production meeting
  • Provide assistance to the Account Managers when required
  • Assist with administration tasks
  • Support company marketing activity
