Account Executive – 6 month fixed term contract (Maternity Cover)
Hampton Associates are looking for a friendly, ambitious and hard-working Account Executive to work within our team.
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Attend meetings with Account Managers - internal and external
- Take notes / minutes / actions
- Write briefs and actions
- Open jobs in our support system
- Create Estimates
- Develop supplier specs
- Gather Quotes
- Create PO’s
- Liaise with suppliers throughout ensuring timely deliveries
- Check client amendments
- Proof read
- Assist with development of sitemaps and organise client content for websites
- Organise client content for print
- Ensure tasks are up to date for production meeting
- Provide assistance to the Account Managers when required
- Assist with administration tasks
- Support company marketing activity
Full training will be given.
