TOTAL E&P UK Ltd is one of the largest operators in the North Sea and is the upstream subsidiary of the TOTAL Group – an international energy company operating in over 130 countries worldwide.
TOTAL E&P recently commissioned an independent market research company, IPSOS, to research into the effectiveness of their internal communications. 60 000 people were interviewed across 25 E&P subsidiaries, worldwide.
TOTAL E&P Aberdeen came 1st in both categories researched.
In terms of traditional solutions (eg print, postcards, posters, newsletters etc) TOTAL E&P Aberdeen headquarters scored a 75% rate where the internal communications were classed as “excellent”. The average across the 25 subsidiaries was 58%.
In terms of Digital solutions (e.g. web & intranet campaigns) E&P Aberdeen scored a 91% rate where the communications were classed as “excellent”. The average across the 25 subsidiaries was 66%.
