Johanna Basford
Background
Johanna Basford is an award-winning artist and illustrator who has had her worked commissioned by a host of well-known names ranging from the Victoria and Albert Museum to DKNY. Johanna required a website that would act as a showcase for her portfolio and as a promotional tool to encourage future commissions.
What we did
The design of Johanna's site makes deliberate use of white space and simple navigation, allowing the work to speak for itself. We developed a bespoke portfolio gallery that runs across the site pages. The site also features a press area and purpose built blog that Johanna uses extensively as a promotional tool. The site was built using our search engine friendly content management system (CMS) that allows content to be updated throughout.
